Description
Commodore is excited to welcome the Workhorse range of Hybrid Solar pumps. Our strongest range of Hybrid Solar pumps. The Workhorse 18-38 Submersible AC pump package is coupled with a powerful VFD based solar pump inverter, giving the benefits of solar, as well as mains and generator capabilities. This means that the pump can run all day from solar and automatically switch to mains or generator power at night, with the added ability to blend the solar with AC power when there is insufficient sunlight.

If you're looking for some serious water, and don't have much of a head height to pump, then it might be worth considering the 18-38. At 17m of head it will deliver 100,800L per day in the Summer which is a serious delivery!
1.8kW Solar Pump Inverter Drive
Designed to run purely from solar, mains or a generator Commodore Pump Drive Inverter's are versitile and reliable. They are also a variable speed drive (the hertz can be decreased to lower the pumping rate)
Water Level Sensors
High & low water sensors are included to ensure your pump doesn't run dry, or overfills your tank (if you're not using a pressure switch kit)
10m Of Solar Cable
Whether you order solar panels from Commodore or not, we will send up 10m of solar cable free of charge to make sure you can easily install your solar pump with your existing panels (if that's your plan)
Owners Manual
Your Commodore Owner's Manual details your installation from start to finish, and also has a number of QR codes to YouTube installation videos
Optional Extra's
8 x Solar Panels
You need 8 x Solar Panels to run this pump throughout the day (because it has a 1800W motor). If you're looking to use your own panels, let us know and we can help with your panel design
1 x Clenergy 8 Panel Solar Stand
If you don't have a shed nearby or another structure, you will need to groundmount the solar panels. You can either build your own, or use Clenergy's 8 Panel Solar Stand
Racking For 8 Solar Panels
Want to install your solar panels on a shed or you're building your own groundmount? Then make sure you order the racking for 1 solar panel. It includes all of the clamps and feet to install the solar panels

Pressure Switch Kit

18-38 Warranty
All Commodore Solar Pumps come with a two-year warranty on the pump & controller. JA 460W Solar Panels come with a 25-year performance warranty to 80% output and a 12-year product warranty.
All installations must be completed by a licensed electrician.
