I had a 13kW off-grid system installed by Commodore Australia, complete with Pylontech batteries and a PowerHub cabinet, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment I made my initial inquiry, the team was highly professional and attentive, truly listening to my specific needs and ensuring every detail was addressed. The entire installation process was smooth and efficient, with the system being up and running in just two weeks from the time of order—a timeline that exceeded my expectations. The quality of the work was top-notch, and the team clearly takes pride in their craftsmanship. The system itself has been performing excellently, and I’m thrilled with its efficiency. I highly recommend Commodore Australia for anyone considering a solar installation. Their commitment to customer satisfaction and professionalism is second to none. A very happy customer!

I purchased a generator from Commodore Australia, and I am thoroughly impressed with the exceptional customer service and the quality of the product. As someone who relies on an off-grid solar system, finding a reliable backup generator is crucial for me. Ben went above and beyond to assist me. He took the time to understand my specific needs and provided invaluable advice on selecting the best generator to complement my solar setup. Their knowledge and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. The generator I purchased has proven to be both robust and affordable, perfectly meeting my requirements for backup power. This generator has been a game-changer for my off-grid system, providing reliable power whenever needed. Thank you, Commodore, for your outstanding support and for providing a generator that truly delivers!

We are off the grid in the Grampians and I tried many times to get an Electrician out to the farm to quote for solar. A friend recommended Commodore. I rang and explained my situation and they offered to bring a qualified electrician into there warehouse to put everything together for me, and when the board arrived, they guided us on how to install it, which was way easier than we thought. We’re still running off that system and it’s been amazing. The only thing we’ve done is add an extra battery as we found it was struggling during the winter months when you get 10 to 15 days with no sun. For anyone thinking of doing solar in an area where you can’t get help I found it very easy or I should say, Commodore made it very easy by preparing everything step-by-step for us to install ourselves. Thank you very much to the team at Commodore.

Amazing service from the team at Commodore Australia. Drew from the sales team assisted me, selecting a generator with additional products to help upgrade my system to a off grid generator/solar systems. Every time I reached out to the team they assisted me to navigate my way with the right products. Even when I had issues trying to install, Drew came to my rescue and arranged one of his technicians to finalise the installation. The installer was a gun operator. A great experience with amazing results. Well done to the team at Commodore Australia.
